Five networks, one library, nothing retyped
The campaign goes out today. Every network wants its own length, the hashtag set has to match across all of them, and the link in the bio needs swapping again. All of it is copy you already wrote once.

Every network wants a different length. Write it once.
Three cards in one folder, so the version that fits is already written by the time you open the app you are posting from.
One campaign line, three lengths
Spring drop is live. Six pieces, small runs, finished by hand.

Spring drop is live. Six pieces, made in small runs and finished by hand, which is why there are six of them and not sixty. Every one is checked before it is boxed. When they are gone that is genuinely it, so have a look before the weekend and tell us which one you would keep.

Library
A folder per campaign, plus one for the evergreen stuff
The hashtag sets, the short link and the long link, the caption in the three lengths the networks force on you, the replies you send to the same three comments at every launch. Cards keep their formatting and their line breaks, so a caption you spaced out on purpose posts the way you wrote it rather than as one grey block.

Insert it without leaving the post
Switch to the 1SecCopy keyboard inside whatever you are posting from and drop the card in at the cursor, with no copying and no app switching halfway through writing. The Quick Copy widget keeps today's folder on the Home Screen, and the Mac menu bar holds the same cards for the afternoons you spend scheduling from a desk.
Sync
Approved on the Mac, posted from the phone
Edits reach every device in about a second, so the caption going out is the one that got signed off rather than the draft still sitting on your laptop. Save a new hashtag set at your desk and it is on your phone by the time you are back on the sofa.
β¦ Cross-device sync is included with Premium.
