Delete your 1SecCopy account
Send us a request to permanently delete your account and the data associated with it. You do not need the app installed to make this request.
Request account deletion
Use the email button below. In the message, add the email shown on your 1SecCopy account and whether you signed in with Apple or Google. We will reply if we need to verify that the account is yours.

What we delete
- Your 1SecCopy account
- Synced cards and folders
- Uploaded files and device records
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What is separate
Apple or Google keeps its own purchase records under its policies. Deleting your 1SecCopy account does not cancel an active subscription; cancel it separately in the store where you bought it.
